Working with CSBS's CEO, CoDesign Consulting designed, developed and facilitated a one day strategic planning workshop with CSBS's Leadership Team; facilitating the setting of the organisation's strategic direction over the next 3 years and producing a one page strategic plan to provide both internal and external stakeholders an 'at a glance' understanding of CSBS's core purpose, values, direction, and how the organisation intends to achieve its objectives.
