Founding Director
Naomi Matcham
Naomi Matcham founded CoDesign Consulting in 2016 because she wanted to make a difference and influence change in organisations experiencing challenges with delivering services to vulnerable people. She is committed to person centred approaches and practices and inclusion principles for all people regardless of need, complexity, or age.

Naomi’s strengths lie in her ability to analyse a business and quickly identify what’s working and what’s not working, and what can be done about it; providing business owners with the tools, resources, and guidance they require to foster change and achieve business success over the longer term.
​
Naomi encourages the businesses she works with to see how they can make a difference; providing them with the tools, support, strategies and sounding board to 'have a go' without the fear of taking the next step due to a lack of knowledge, expertise or understanding.

Naomi has extensive experience working in the disability sector, from owning and operating CoDesign, to working in the NDIS space and supporting organisations navigate national disability reform both in Australia and the UK. With a strong track record in improving business performance, financial cost modelling, service design and delivery, workforce development and undertaking independent investigations at a senior level, Naomi is passionate about working with existing and emerging small to medium businesses to identify and articulate their niche, create value, and thrive under the NDIS.
Associate Consultant
Lisa Curtis
Lisa Curtis is the founder and director of Social Perspectives a social purpose consultancy that works with organisations to achieve social impact.
​
As an associate consultant, Lisa brings a depth and breadth of expertise and experience of working with and reporting to all levels of government, executive sponsors and program boards and a passion for establishing collaborative governance frameworks in the public sector and advocating for regional communities.
​
With a portfolio or successful public sector program design and management across education, youth and workforce, Lisa has significant experience in leading multi-million dollar projects, grants, and operational contracts combined with a background of developing and implementing legislation, governance frameworks, strategic and business planning initiatives.
​
Her experience across the education sector including Governance in UK and Australian schools, teaching, curriculum, and quality management in further and higher education; has seen her successfully establish and manage Registered Training Organisation operations with a focus on contract, data reporting and legislative compliance.
Associate Consultant
Miranda Blatchford
Miranda Blatchford has a Bachelor of Social Work and has been working in the disability, psychosocial and mental health sector for over 15 years.
​
As an associate consultant, Miranda brings to CoDesign, a unique perspective on the NDIS after working for NDIS in the initial launch area in Victoria, being involved in tendering and contracting of NDIA's LAC Partners in the Community and overseeing the Victoria North NDIA provider engagement team during transition to full scheme.
​
Miranda is skilled in translating complex information into simple and straight forward solution and achieving improved team and organisational performance through the creation and delivery of bespoke face to face and online learning programs, professional development initiatives and one on one coaching and mentoring.
​
With a strong track record in complex case management, support coordination, quality, contract management, stakeholder engagement, workforce development and training design and facilitation within government and the not-for-profit sector, Miranda is passionate about assisting businesses to deliver high quality services that make a real difference to the people they serve.
